Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Welcome to Zormor LLC (together with its allies, "Zormor" "us," or "we"). Zormor knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by Zormor when you use zormor.com and related services (the “Service”), how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Zormor services, website, and mobile application provided through or in connection with the service ("Service"), you agree under your account ("you" or "your") to be bound by this Privacy Policy, and the other applicable rules posted on the zormor.com website or provided with the Service (collectively, this "Agreement"), whether or not you are a registered user of our Service.
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time in our sole discretion by posting the revised Agreement on the zormor.com website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement, and it applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").
2. Information Collection
Information You Provide to Us
The minimum information we require for a registration on Zormor is your name, password, and email address. In addition, we encourage our users to include more information about themselves that can be used to better curate their in-app experiences. Examples include gender, country of residence, city, phone number, and photos. You can modify or delete any of this information anytime in the Account Settings section of the website after you have signed in using your personal password or with Single Sign On.
Information We Collect Automatically
Whenever you interact with our Services, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser or device, which may include your IP address, device identification, “cookie” information, the type of browser and/or device you’re using to access our Services, location information, and the page or feature you requested. “Cookies” are identifiers we transfer to your browser or device that allow us to recognize your browser or device and tell us how and when pages and features in our Services are visited and by how many people. You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or limit your device’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our features. Our advertising partners may also transmit cookies to your browser or device, when you click on ads that appear on the Services. Also, if you click on a link to a third party website or service, such third parties may also transmit cookies to you. Again, this Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any third parties, and we aren’t responsible for their privacy policies and practices.
3. How We Use Your Information
Zormor never discloses your personal information to any third party unless you have instructed us to do so. We let you store it on our service so you can share it with who you wish. Your name is when a member invites another person via contact to join Zormor. Your mail address may also be used in private correspondence with you for customer service issues. We may also use your email address to send you news regarding our site, but you may choose not to receive email of this type by adjusting in your account settings. Zormor may develop special sites in partnership with other companies. If you register at these "co-branded" sites, we share your registration information (such as name and email address) with that company. If Zormor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. Please note that Zormor will never insist on hurting you and we are about building a long-term, positive community relationship with you. To build that trust, we know that as you spend time on our site and with our email newsletters, your personal information must remain within your control. Therefore, unless you give us your express permission, except if we believe in good faith that the law requires it, that disclosure is necessary to respond to a subpoena, warrant, or court order, or to protect the rights of Zormor or others, we will not share your personal information with unauthorized third parties. We have currently not received any such warrants, and intend to resist any we do receive. We consider your personal information to be exactly that — yours. And we will do our best to protect it!
4. Privacy Settings
Your name is used when you invite another person to join Zormor, or when you request to add another member to your friends list. To the extent that you do not wish to have your name shared in this manner, you should not make use of these services. You can modify, delete, and set your privacy setting for information you provide us any time in the account settings section of the mobile application after you have signed in using your personal password, or using Single Sign On. You may access or change your information and preferences at any time in the account settings or profile section of the mobile application once you have signed into the application. For example, you can control what sort of email notifications you will receive from the Service. In addition, to the extent required by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to or delete your personal information.
5. User Content and Messages
The Service allows you to post User Content, as defined in our Terms of Use. Any User Content you post becomes available to the public via the Service. User Content includes, but is not limited to, reviews, comments, and visual content. If you remove User Content, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your User Content. Zormor takes reasonable measures to keep messages that you send to other Members through the Service private between you and the recipient. However, even if you have deleted the message from your Zormor mobile application inbox or outbox, copies of the message may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored the message.
6. Data Security
The privacy of our members is a top priority. We keep your information secure in three ways:
- Technology — At Zormor, we use firewalls, encryption, and database protection equipment and software to keep your data safe and intact.
- Password-protection — Your Zormor profile is password-protected so that you are the only member who has access to this information. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. We also recommend that you log out of your account when you're done using the service, especially if you share a computer or mobile phone with someone else or are using a computer in a public place, such as a library or Internet cafe.
- Limited access inside the Zormor Team — Access to members' personal information is strictly limited, even inside the small Zormor team, comprising only a small number of engineers and customer relationship employees. A customer care employee will handle your personal information only to respond to your communication or to better understand our audience to help with our editorial direction. The engineers on our Security Team handle personal information when they maintain our site and email system. Every member of the Zormor team is subject to stringent confidentiality requirements. Any member information disseminated outside of the Zormor Team is anonymous and aggregated.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Zormor cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online products or services, and you do so at your own risk.

If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
